Team meeting
After 4 weeks from the previous design meeting, the team meeting happened between the builder and the sales rep. A two hours walk through the blueprint was little daunting with questions like where to put the switches in the media room. The meeting covered all the PSI (Personal Selection items).
The builder says it takes 180 working days.
1 month: Stage 1 Foundation
2 Month: Frames
4 Month: Wall
5 Month: Cabinets, doors, paints
6 Month: Lights & Fixtures
The expectation is to move into the new house in November school break.
Whats my brother’s name?
I’m having an interest conversation with Ida for a while. A few months ago, both Anne and I asked Ida whether she would like to have a brother play with. She laughed at it then, but now she has more interest. She wants a big brother, and the reason being she wants to play with him. Today she asked about her brother’s name. We had no idea to tell her, but she suggested Trevor who was her friend at Kids R Kids.
Team meeting scheduled
The Team meeting is scheduled for next Thursday at 10:00 AM. Excited to see the blueprint of my brand new house. I have to figure out cable hookups, locations of the pre-wiring of the surround sound, pendant lights, coach lights etc..
